This 90 square meter apartment located in the heart of Nice can accommodate up to 6 people. It is composed as follow :
A large living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table as well as a television. All open on a spacious balcony with a nice view on old style building.
A separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher etc) and a small table.
A first room with 2 single beds and a balcony courtyard side.
A second room with a cosy double bed and also open on a balcony courtyard side.
A third bedroom with 2 single beds on the street side, with the view on the baroque building
The apartment also has 2 bathroom with wc, one with a bath, the second with a shower. That will pleased all preferences.
Finally, for your comfort, the apartment has wifi and air conditioning (only in the living room and one bedroom). A parking space is also available.
The neighborhood:
Here, you are in the heart of the city. No need for cars, you can easily reach all major attractions of the city with the tramway located at only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. You can also easily reach the train station to visit Monaco or Canne.
A few minutes from the apartment, you will find : a small supermarket Petit Casino, also open on Sunday morning. Severals restaurants and one of the best ice cream shop in Nice named "Arlequin Gelati".
