At what time can I check-in?
Check-in is from 3 to 9pm directly at the apartment. An extra charge of EUR 40 will be charged for arrivals between 9 and 11.30pm. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by the property. You have to tell us in advance your arrival time by email, phone or text message.
What is the maximum check-out time?
The apartment must be released at 10am maximum. After 10am, our company reserves the right to charge the customer an extra night.
Where and how to get the keys?
One of our staff’s members will wait for you the day of your arrival, directly in front of the entrance of the building / house ... After payment of the balance’s reservation and the deposit, our representative will give you the keys and you will visit the apartment you rented.
Who is your contact in case of problems?
The day of your arrival, one of the members of our staff will give you his business card with the number of his direct line. Our team is reachable every day from 9am to 11pm.
How many nights can I rent?
During the low season, apartments are available from 2 nights minimum. During the high season, apartments are available from a minimum of 3 nights. Some properties are only available for rent from a minimum booking week.
Is the linen included in the rent?
All apartments have linens (towels, bath towels, bath mats & dishcloths...) that you need.
What is the maximum rental period?
The maximum legal rental period is 3 months.
Is the deposit debited?
As soon as you arrive, we ask for a security deposit of € 200 for apartment and € 600 for houses/villas. It will have to be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of your departure. The deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the property.
What are the additional costs?
During your reservation, it is mentioned on our ads that you will have to pay the day you check-in cleaning fees and city taxes.
Is the city tax obligatory?
Fixed by deliberation of the city council, the city tax is legibly displayed in our apartments and must appear on the invoice paid by the traveler. It is mandatory for all people over 18 years old.
Can I have to pay the cleaning fee?
Cleaning is done by a professional company after every stay in the apartment. In order to guarantee the same standard throughout our rental fleet, it is not possible for the customer to clean himself at the end of his stay. The cleaning fee is mandatory.
Are there any booking fees?
All our conditions are displayed on all platforms on which our ads are displayed. There is therefore no hidden fee.
Is the payment secured?
We use « paybox » that benefits from 3D Secure. This system was invented to avoid fraudulent CNP (Card No Present) fraud, that is to say fraudulent payments by credit card without real presence of the card. The goal is to reduce fraud for merchants and secure customer payments.
Can we cancel a reservation?
You will have to pay 30% of the total amount if you cancel after booking and the total amount if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival.
